Toronto, Ontario February 05, 2013 - Canadian one-touch calling card replacement service has announced the launch of EZ-Tag – it’s new free text messaging service that allows customers to manage their accounts on the go from their mobile phones.
EZ-Tag uses regular short text messaging service (SMS) to make long-distance calls through T-Tags, check the account balance, or create an account for a friend when there is no data connection or computer available nearby. Customers send text messages to EZ-Tag number and receive an instant text response with requested information.

We’ve decided to look at roaming packages of the following mobile operators: Rogers, Bell, Telus, Wind Mobile, Public Mobile, Mobilicity, Virgin Mobile, Koodo and Fido and see how they compare to each other and what are the best ways to save in general or if you are a customer of each operator. The data was taken on August 2nd, 2012 from respective websites of the operators, as well as we called some operators to clarify details that could not be found on their website. We decided to focus only on voice roaming to be able to make reasonable comparison across different packages and operators, as minute bundling criteria ranges among operators. We also did not took into consideration network coverage, roaming partners or other issues that relate to quality of voice connection and availability, presuming that while roaming travelers usually use the networks of more or less the same roaming partners.
